Nolan Farrell & Goff Solicitors LLP is pleased to announce a number of promotions within the firm.
David O’ Connor, Daniel O’ Connell and Eoin O’Herlihy have been promoted to associate solicitor as and from Friday January 1st, 2021.
All three are Waterford born and educated, they have been with the firm for a number of years and have built up a broad range of experience across a number of disciplines.
David joined the firm as a solicitor in 2014, following five years working in commercial and property law in Dublin. He represents commercial and private clients and is a trusted and experienced property and commercial lawyer, with excellent technical ability. David also advises on wills and administration of estates and trusts and has extensive knowledge of Irish taxation law.
Daniel joined the firm in 2013 as an apprentice and qualified as a solicitor in 2015. He has a broad client base which includes individual and corporate clients, both locally and nationally. Daniel has gained extensive experience in the areas of defence and plaintiff litigation, property law, wills and probate and has gained a reputation as a good negotiator.
Eoin trained with the firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2014. He is a general practitioner acting for a wide variety of clients, ranging from private individuals to large corporations and government agencies. He has developed particular expertise as an advocate in various Courts and has a reputation for commerciality and efficiency, especially in the areas of conveyancing and probate.
