Nolan Farrell & Goff LLP has recently been awarded a Q6000 quality standard award by LQSI (Legal Quality Standard of Ireland). The Q6000 is an advanced practice, risk and quality management standard awarded to solicitors’ firms which have demonstrated exceptional levels of client, practice and risk management.
Firms with the Q6000 accreditation have been independently audited and rank among the highest quality law firms in Ireland. This standard assures that they not only meet, but exceeds best practice standards.
Paddy Morrissey, Office Manager at Nolan Farrell & Goff explained the process which led to this award, “Nolan, Farrell & Goff LLP is known as one of the largest and most renowned firms in the region. Just a few months away from its 50th anniversary the firm has a team of solicitors with a deep knowledge of areas varying from litigation, conveyancing, probate and family law and supported by experienced and high calibre legal executives, legal secretaries and administration staff.
“High standards have always been adhered to at NFG but over the last number of years we decided it would be timely to put the firm through a quality standard audit. As part of this process a team was put together to review all policies and procedures in six key areas, client management, practice management, file management, regulatory compliance, financial management and IT.
“LQSI (Legal Quality Standard of Ireland) assisted in providing recommended policies in all areas and even ran preliminary audits to highlight where improvements could be made.
“NFG was audited in November 2024 and subsequently was awarded the Q6000 quality standard. This is an advanced practice, risk and quality management standard awarded to solicitors’ firms which have demonstrated exceptional levels of client, practice and risk management.
